I tried to tell him the gardening thing was my exercise... he wasn't accepting of that... said for me to garden on my own time, i still needed to walk.

I put in 20 minutes on the elliptical machine.. that broke a sweat.

Potentially had the opportunity to take a firearm training normally offered to leo/mil only (I am a civ).... read through the equipment list, and it would cost me an extra k or two to acquire all the additional gear (on top of everything I already have, which is quite a lot).... F, guess I am not doing it now.

Its ballistic helmet, soft armor (in addition to hard), and pro mask and filters. Mainly because there is a live fire CQB portion in a shoot house.

Since I normally dont need this stuff as a civ, I never felt the need to acquire them
