You can, but you have to have a maple tree first.

My local is the GSF and it's a neighbor thing here so the syrup is a bit "traditional". You can buy excellent maple syrup in just about any grade from Leanne & Michaels Sugarbush 321 N. Garrison Hollow Road Salem Indiana 47167. That's where the gardener gets her syrup for confections.
Try Sorghum or Hickory syrup for a change, available at the same place.
