hey all.....fun ladder day.....changing a roof top unit......the calves will burn today!!!

At least it isn't supposed to be in the 90's... that gets hot on a roof.

I'm one week in to my no alcohol for 10 weeks. 9 more to go. This will be the longest 10 weeks of my life!
