Did you spray paint "FREE" on it? Neon orange looks nice for doing that.

I think someone stole the one that got dumped on our property and then moved to a neighbor's property. It has gone missing and the neighbor that ended up with it doesn't own a vehicle so I doubt that he moved it...and he has no electricity so I'm pretty sure he didn't put it inside his house to use.
