So, get into work this morning and I'm told I have to be in Lewiston in the morning. Would have been nice to tell me yesterday, so I could have checked out of my room this morning. At least I can take a shower before I go.
On the up side, I'll be 2 hrs closer to home

The flavor of the day here is Hollyhock. Oh...and Hostas. and cosmos...and coneflowers...they are pretty much pruning everything for me the last week or two. I figure they will come back next year. We had a heavy frost last night anyway.

I only see nine in the back yard at the moment.

WOW!!! I quit asking because I assumed he was over it and back to work.....That's crazy...

nope, he feels better. Soon as he tries to do anything that takes effort, he can't breath and he's coughing. Doc prescribed another different inhaler, pharmacy doesn't have it in stock. Hopefully tomorrow. They said by noon and if they don't get it in, they'll call around and find it.

Cattle panels work pretty good with steel fence posts, but I'm afraid we're going to have to fence and gate the compound here on top of the ridge eventually.

Yes, those trees are a problem. The deer will get sorted out in a few weeks either way.
