    Sirloin is thawed out. I plan to do it on the grill, but I am now thinking that may be a bad plan with all of the killer mosquitoes that are out there!

    So...I'm thinking of cutting the sirloin into strips and just stir frying it with some onions and banana peppers. Kind of like fajita style, but I don't have any tortillas to put it on. The meat is in a steak marinade right now.
