I'm shopping for land I can't afford. Just found 40 acres that would be perfect for me. 16 tillable field acres, with the rest in woods. River/creek running through it, lots of animals to shoot at. Could also probably set up a range and shoot at steel too.

Now I just need to come up with $100k
