Did you do something that caused it, or was it just time and they gave up?

Sorta... I used the toe to lift up on the latch to unlock a revolving door. The problem is I buy $50 shoe carnival boots every 6 months or so and wear them out. Hopefully the Danner's I just ordered will hold up better.

Chez, I hear ya on the boots. I started buying better boots for work, and they have lasted me a lot longer than they used to. I primarily wear a hiking style shoe/boot for work, and used to buy the less expensive ones and would be going through them about every 8-9 months. I have had 3 pairs of Merrells last me almost 4 years now. They're starting to get a little funky now, so about time to replace them, hopefully the next couple pairs last about the same.

Hospital lurk....It looks like we will be here another hour or so. I didn't realize today was a three hour treatment. Glad I brought my crocheting and the tablet. I was surprised INGO wasn't blocked.
