When I took the managers position part of the deal was that I remain hourly.

DB - We could have used you over at the car show. We left after the rain had us all sitting in our vehicles. Neighbor that was there just called. He didn't get a trophy but is on his way over with ours. Hubby is shocked he got one. LOTS of vehicles in his class and he did not expect one. That makes two trophies this week for us and zero for the neighbor.

We don't care if we get one as they just get added to the shelf out in the shop. He seems to thrive on winning.

Put a little putty with some glue mixed in the crack. Then bind with ape tape!

I worked for several years for GE Silicone....I know exactly what you are talking about. Those were the Jack Weltch days....10% of the workforce was canned every year.
