Thanks. Still don't have the leave in writing, but I took a leap of faith. If worst comes to worst and they don't authorize the LOA, I'll just quit. I went in prepared to do that anywah.

Thanks and yeah we're settled in finally Took some initial grief but we worked it all out Hoping we'll be at this place for another year at least. We'll see.
