Ouch, Act. Hope you are OK.

A few days ago we had a man in his 80's come into the ER who fell off a ladder in the pouring rain. Poor old dude. I think he really messed up his spine.

I'm okay. It was putting up Christmas lights a couple years ago. My ribs broke the ladder.

I hope you have an easy shift today.

We watched the movie "The Big Short" last night. Good movie, I recommend it. But you have to be able to pay attention. You will be lost otherwise..

I've gotten the dishes started. Need to clean out the fridge. I have accumulated a bunch of empty cardboard boxes in the gun room. Not sure how that happens.

Nursing homes are some of the saddest places on earth.
