I got some good news/bad news today

I am working day shift all of next week. Boss is taking off. Good news, I'll be home in the evenings. Bad news, I am in charge

With me, it was ZZ-Top, Daytons Hara Arena in 1981 or 82......

We got really blasted that night and had seats 2nd row.....Those 3 guys put out a wall of sound.

It was either drummer or keyboard player. I would pay $300 for a full Floyd or Zeppelin reunion (minus the departed folks).

Funny story. Older lady has been trespassed for panhandling, stealing etc. She tries to come in often. I usually point my finger and she leaves. The other night she came in, table full of cops. I point her to leave, tell the cops she is trespassed and she runs, I mean literally runs. She hits Washington St and dodges cars to cross on red, does the same on Emerson. She is a half a block away when I yell at the cops to let her go. They wanted to get in their car and go get her. Told them don't worry, she may not come back for a couple mths now. I was wrong, she was back 2 days later. .

I really liked Brit Floyd's shows but I would say it would have been The Kinks with John Cougar as an opener. That was in 78 when Mellencamp was just starting out.
