Ugh, I need to clean the match wheel gun. That thing is filthy right now. I shot a match last year, shot it some over the winter, and a little this spring, I guess its about time.

That is a Glenn Custom 686 I bought from Mickey Fowler for Action Pistol, actually bought both the Glenns he had when he switched to a semi auto for action pistol, a couple years later I built a 1911 for that as well...

very nice...been thinking about doing my model 15 in a 4 inch heavy barrel and having it cut for moon clips just for fun

Buy a Glock, cut down on your cleaning time. Just throw it in the laundry, or dishwasher.

I really like running the moonclips as opposed to running speedloaders. I also didn't have the cylinder cut and chamferred so much that I am required to use moonclips. I have another 686 4' that I haven't done anything with yet (or shot) that I am contemplating on what to do with.

Or revolvers, and pretty much never clean them.
