I like this one because I mix up a double batch of the dough and it is in the fridge ready to go. Throw it on the pan and let it rest for 40 minutes and then toss into the oven on the hot baking stone and voila! Yummy bread in a half an hour.
I make it for us, the lady that I help and today for my cousin and his wife. I don't eat quite ALL of it.
