Unless there is a line of people...I was there over 2 hours on Sat...but it was Sat and they were busy.

1.5 hrs so far. Also getting oil changed and having the heater checked. I get heat up top but not on my feet. Been driving that Jeep for 5 winters with cold feet, and they keep saying there's nothing wrong.

Seriously? The floor vent housing on the driver side is missing, and probably has been since I got the jeep. I have to leave it and get a rental.
