    License and registration.

    We don't have and "proof of insurance" that we carry, since it's not required in Indiana. We have paperless billing, so we don't even get a statement.

    She had to log in to our Progressive account on her phone to show him so he'd let her leave.

    Sounds like the guy was being a ****ing dick. Kept asking her what she was doing out so late "all by her self".

    It was like 12:30.

    Bingo, guy was probably fishing for a DUI and was ticked that there wasn't an obvious smell of alcohol or anything....

    Smaller town Police agencies can be a PITA, I had a debate (nothing confrontational, just banter) for months with a guy here that I run into at the gas station often. He swore up and down that Indiana was a "must notify" state..... I finally printed up the sheet from Handgunlaws.us to prove it, and his responce was "you can print anything off the internet, doesn't make it true".....
