Had a horrible nights sleep last night. May have over done it yesterday, plus I asked the Dr to reduce my pain meds.......I may have asked too early based on last night, hurt like hell and didn't get but maybe 3 hours sleep. We will see if tonight is better.

My pain level had been better, asked the Doc to take me down one step on the pain med dosage. May have been premature......I has hurting like hell last night...
