I do some boxing against a bag in between my sets.
I do most of my cardio on the bike ... so mostly during the summer.
Gotcha. I need to keep up with my cardio...helps my heart (I have a minor heart problem) and helps lose weight

I guess depends on how many sets you do it can be considered cardio too.
That's true. I get winded when I do weight lifting or pushup/situps
I usually just do a few pull ups, then I go do something else ... so it's not really cardio.
Anytime I get to walk under my pull ups bar I do pull ups or chin ups.
But if I take 30 minutes to do only workout then it becomes cardio training as well.
I need to get in a habit like that for push ups. My shoulder is messed up and I can only do a few at a time...gotta keep working it out
