    That's true. I get winded when I do weight lifting or pushup/situps

    I usually just do a few pull ups, then I go do something else ... so it's not really cardio.
    Anytime I get to walk under my pull ups bar I do pull ups or chin ups.
    But if I take 30 minutes to do only workout then it becomes cardio training as well.

    I need to get in a habit like that for push ups. My shoulder is messed up and I can only do a few at a time...gotta keep working it out

    You can just do sets or 10 or 20 whenever you get to walk in a particular room.
    You will do a lot during the entire day/week.

    Or when you wake up, right before you go to bed, etc.
