    Do you already have a SBR stamp for it? Is is safe to buy the stock and don't install it?

    I understand this to be intent.
    For this reason I dismantled and sold off the bits in my SBR so as not to invoke the wrath of some alphabet agency. I can reacquire the parts at a later date.

    Not sure on that point but mine was just the barrel. To short. It is gone but I know what I need now.
    Always clarify the laws involved even if they make no sense at all to you.

    And don't be a dumbass posting videos and pictures of you on Facebook/Youtube doing stupid things with items of questionable legal standing.

    I did mine over the course of about 3 emails, and had the trust in hand the next day. Very easy.

    Any idea how much hassle it would be to do a trust and add someone at a later date????
    Secondary thought, part of the reason I am waiting for early March to do this, besides when the daughter turns 18 is tax return time. Ability to go buy a couple cans as soon as trust is approved.
