I didn't step on the scales, but I did notice a pair of my black dress pants that I wear for work were a little tight around the waist....

Surprised me a little, because I am still on the same hole in my belt that I have used forever....

my regular doc just asks me
my GYN makes me stand against the wall and get measured.
It's how I learned I grew almost an inch between 21 & 45.
