    A "decent 1911" for $300? Not sure that's possible unless you get a fantastic deal :dunno:

    How you get a decent 1911 for $300 is you buy a HiPoint for $200, buy a box of ammunition for around $30, spend another $20 on a ski mask, put $50 in the gas tank, and then find someone with a decent 1911 who isn't paying a lot of attention....

    Needless to say, I would not advocate putting this observation into practice, unless you really like gray paint, hard bunks, and crappy free meals.

    Sun is shining but there is snow everywhere!

    Hubby went to Mentone to pick up a part he had welded (he doesn't weld aluminum so had to take it somewhere) and isn't back yet. The side roads in Marshall County are slick. The sun is melting the snow enough to make the ice underneath wet and fun!
