    That reminds me...about 7 years old, I was asked how I wanted my steak cooked. The waitress could tell I wasn't really following and made a couple of suggestions, in order of doneness. After hearing the last choice, I was thinking, "Of course I want it well done. Do you really think I want you to do a lousy job of cooking it?"

    Cooking 20 steaks to one perfection is ok. Cooking 20 steaks to 20 different versions of perfect is a biotch.
    On a grill out in the elements, yes sir it is. Done it 1 time, got lucky.

    oh yes i do.....worked at a Western Sizzlin' in high school and cook about a 100 at a time!!!!!!.....yes it was hot and hard!!!
    Hard way to make a living, but good experience.
