I just wrap mine, in old shop towels, so they don't bang around, and go .....

true but the more loaded mags you put in the heavier it gets...24 loaded mags is enough for me most of the time...

You send me the cut size, I can get either 1/8" luan, or 5mm plywood. From scraps that will end up in the dumpster. You just pay shipping.
