I don't think this meat is ever going to finish cooking. I am at 14 hours.
Back home from ER. Nothing broken, but she's very very sore and unsteady on her feet. I was supposed to work 7-3 tomorrow but I already called off because I don't want to leave her alone.
When is it supposed to be done? What are you cooking?
I need to get it to 205 degrees. It is at 192 right now. Could take 10 minutes. Could take 2 hours.
Are you doing it on a smoker?
Outside temp making it take longer? Can you finish it in the oven on a low temp? Or in a roaster or crock pot? Just a thought....
