By the time I got out of the doc office, the lab was closed. So I fasted for nothing.
So I ate a late dinner, started a migraine.
Now I have to fast tomorrow for a blood draw again. Then leave work early.

But at least I'm home.

No. I thought it was. But I think it was just wishful thinking.

I sure hope they can figure this out and it is something they can treat. I can understand the wishful thinking. I'm sure I would be the same way.

My blood pressure was high again.
So I had to buy a monitor. And I need to look online to see how to lower it.

No.
Its probably from fasting today for the blood test I didn't get done.

I know stress and sodium are both things that can make it high. Your work schedule, lack of sleep, etc. probably don't help.
