It varies, still carry my 1924 Colt Commercial as a large gun and carry an old Model Colt Detective Special or S&W Model 49 for more every day. I've also carried a BHP from the 60's, round hammer gun.

I'd have put my money on the Thompson as your EDC.

I knew they would have some history.
I bought a '70 Colt detective special with the hammer shroud, but it was way to nice to carry. I sold it.

Howdy, just making a post and run. This week's been exhausting. Between talking with Detectives, reporters, and work, then running to every pawn shop in town hunting tools, i'd say i'm beat....

i like the 1911, Remington Rand's been my EDC for a couple months.
