    Law struck down. No oral argument.

    Except for one piece dealing with audio? Have only skimmed it so far.
    That's only a Preliminary Injunction pending trial and oral arguments leading to a final judgement in the District Court (the Federal trial court). Wait until the 9th Circus gets their hands on it. They'll reverse the District Court if Kohls (plaintiff) prevails because that's what the 9th Circus does. An interlocutory appeal to the 9th Circus regarding the Preliminary Injunction wouldn't surprise me.
