I played with some SBS shotguns at NFA Day 2013.....I wasn't impressed.

you really need a tight bore barrel, if I was going to SBS a shotgun I would start by trying to find a Hastings straight rifles barrel to cut down, eliminates all spin completely and then have it threaded for the longest choke tune I could find

Serbus will always be a novelty, but a 12-14" barrel with a full choke will still put buckshot where you need it.
