My review will reflect that I am not very politically correct nor do I subscribe to work place politics.
there is a major breakdown in leadership if you were blindsided. If an employee gets a not so positive review then the supervisor has failed at supervision. One should know where they stand with supervision before they walk in the room for an eval.

Oh yeah...and good afternoon INGO! Gearing up for a couple of meetings tonight. These are going to be interesting as my "non-team player" persona is definitely going to come out.
I may have to reevaluate working for you. If only pay checks were more timely, I may consider it.
My reviews have reflected that I am "not a teamplayer". **** that. Team player...I laugh at that and cringe when I hear the term used in an interview. What they really should ask is if you are a follower and will do whatever the **** they tell you without questioning them or company policy. This had much to do with my departure from the hospital in Plymouth. I guess one should not give their true opinion of the CEO when asked.
Howdy Greg, raining like crazy down here....
When it comes to employment, the truth will set you free.
Guess it depends on the Boss. My Boss wants to know if there is a problem. I tell him about problems all of the time. I believe that if a Truck Driver for our company had a productive idea or noticed a problem with personnel, the Boss would want to know about it.
I'm sure you understand that isn't the norm.
Also I hate workplace drama. Seriously...thought I was working with adults this month lol
That's why I have worked in Outside Sales for 30 years now. (started in 1985, WOW).....You escape the office drama and politics....
