I was pretty much immortal until I hit my late 40's and even then I only slowed down when I was into my 50's.
Paying for that crap now though.

Racing dirt bikes in "TT" events back in the dual rear shock tube frame days. 2 1/2"s of shock travel will end your lower spine after a while.
Oh, and I started on BSA lightnings. Talk about a monster to throw around in the woods.

I love that race. Just love it. Those guys have balls of steel.
When the wife and I both rode we wanted to ship one of the Harleys to England and ferry over to the Isle of Mann and spend 2 days there.
Never happened but it was on the bucket list.
It is about the only motorcycle racing I watch...
