I have one employee that is always asking myself or the manager to buy him a pack of cigarettes in the week before payday, he just doesn't have it. I'd hate to think how bad off he'd be if he didn't live at home.

I also know if I didn't have someone else to help pay bills, I would be begging for help.

Not making a living wage is so common anymore. Those folks who are visiting you could do with a big dose of reality

I have to give him credit though, when I do help him out, he always pays it back. This week he pawned his game system.

Worked for a manager at GE like that. Main reason I quit there.

One year I had beat my goals by 30% was expecting a big bonus.

Asshat came out and said the Division didn't meet it's goals, so HE didn't get a bonus. If He didn't get a bonus, nobody did.....

I was out of there within 60 days..
