    I am OK but this is the 1st night I am craving to nibble.

    Oh man....the spouse just put some Dark Chocolate with Blueberry's in front of me. The list said I can have dark chocolate in small portions.....MMMMmmmm....I am saved.

    Once you get things under control, you may be able to have a snack now and then. within reason though.

    Be careful of too much fruit or juice, though, CM, because there's a lot of sugar. Also, speaking of chocolate cravings, if you happen to get some sugar-free candy, eat it in moderation. It can give you serious stomach issues if you eat too much.
