Doing okay, quiet so far. Yesterday I had work issues, wife issues and MIL issues hitting me from all directions.......The old running in circles routine. Today has been quiet so far...... Maybe I'll go hide before anyone starts up on me...

You don't need to run, a good walk will help just as much. When I started to walk 3 miles, 3-4 times a week the weight on me just went away...

We were never in any real danger. We are pretty good at fires. It happens. The fired upon incident didn't officially happen and we were beyond effective range. Just not a real fun situation since we couldn't shoot back.
