I'm convinced some people go to them places to meet people. I've never worked out a day in my life. Just worked! Like baling hay, shoveling dirt and grain. Hoeing weeds, pushing mowing 4 yrds on Sat, go hiking on Sun. Those were my younger days. Now I just pull, push, lift around. Same damn thing!

I've always went to the gym. I would lay brick all day then go to the gym afterwards. Last few years I've slacked off. But I'm back on track now. It's something that I feel like I just need to do.
