It is a used R-22 unit.
People I have known since grade school. Buddys parents. They are in their 80's and health issues, fixed income etc.
I have been nursing their 22 year old Goodman (that I installed) until yesterday and it singed of. DOA.
A friend in the trade just got a decent used unit from a 410 up-grade and donated it to the cause. He knows the family.
This is Pro-Bono including the gas.

good oh deal!!!!!......it can be a pain to get in and out of van/truck by yourself........your back will thank your buddy!!!!

i got a small trailer with a drop gate a few years ago so i can 2 wheel them in and out.....

HELL NO! Tech said it'll probably be a while. Furnace fan is completely shot. Thermostat is not getting the signal to the AC unit and it keeps tripping the fuse box

Just called the local Family Video and had them reserve the 1 copy of Gran Torino for me. Will pick that up later.

Wishful thinking. In the meantime I installed a hefty window unit to help on the hotter days. Landlord Ok'd it. Except for yesterday, this whole week has been perfect for opening doors and windows.
