Actually I was looking to get both.

I use a belt slide from Stoner Holsters for OWB. I have been in the market for an IWB myself. This one looks promising:

My holster shirt is starting to show signs of wear and tear. The Velcro that keeps the gun in the shirt are failing. Don't want anything falling out!!

One of those IWBs should work for you. A lot of people like the Crossbreed supertuck. I wasn't sure if I would like it but it would be more stable, I think.
