Doesn't help either. I am "Senior" Management and I still wasn't listened to.....

The biggest problem I have is with "Consultants"..... I have been through the whole "Consultant" thing with manufacturers and sales organizations a half dozen times and it always made things worse...

Of course there are 2 sides to every story. you have the micromanagers then you have the workers who refuse to change when its for the better. I used to be in the latter category. I was educated though
