I shot one at an INGO shoot. You can almost feel the slide move along the frame. It's weird. Definitely different than a .45 1911. I've considered consolidating down to only 1 caliber though, that would be 9mm, just can't bring myself to give up my 1911

The nazis had 1911 knock offs in WWII that used 9mm since that was the cartridge adopted by the German military
