    I know. I'm at work around 60 hrs a week. And they want me to work???????.

    If they give me 40.
    But the more hours, the less work.
    Kind of an incentive program.

    When younger and deep in the work we pushed a lot of hours. Also on the race teams. I saw a diminishing return on mine and others productivity. To many hours just did not equate to production.

    The idiots hired consultants that told them they are losing money because of excessive hours.
    But do they listen.........

    The schedules not up yet, but it looks like I start days Saturday to Sunday.
    Then 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
    Then Saturday to Tuesday 3-11s.

    crap.
