So, my parents bought another property in Michigan which I'm going up to do the electrical, HVAC, and drywall this spring. Now they are about to close on another property with a 2 bedroom rental unit next door (same sale). Between renovating my own home and keeping up with their new properties, I think my spare time is pretty much gone...
