    I'm pretty much waiting for Sriracha to be bottled in Gallon jugs. They announced they were going to about a year ago, I await the day they hit the market! I usually buy 3 or 4 of the 28oz bottles to get me through a month or two.

    Eat something with Sriracha on it. :rockwoot:

    My wife thinks I'm crazy because I'll drink a mouth full of Sriracha straight. She can't say much because Doctor says it's great for preventing Ulsers, prostate and digestive system cancers.

    I don't know about eating it straight, but it's good stuff. I put hot sauce and/or hot pepper flakes on almost everything. My wife thinks I'm nuts.

    I love bloody marrys with about half a bottle of tobasco sauce in them. I always tell the bartender "lava hot" and leave the bottle. :cool:
    I've been into hot sauce since I was a kid. The only thing I won't mess with any more is ghost peppers. I thought I was going to get a blister on my tongue, no flavor just pain.
