I went from 234 to 216 (Yes, 18lbs gone)... goal weight is 180. I know it'll slow down as most of that was likely water weight but am glad the fact that I've made drastic diet changes and moving around more is paying off. About 5 years ago I would be considered 'under weight', being a scrawny stick figure of a dude but the last few years of working at a desk and sitting on my rump all day has made me, err, 'cultivate mass' in my middle sections... Down a belt loop, some old pants that were too tight now fit again. Looking forward to keeping it up.
I still have all my old 32X32s and didn't throw them out! The 34X32's came and I accepted it. Then came the 36X32's... okay, whatever. Once those started getting tight I said, "Eff this, I'm not buying any more jeans!"
Otay, it was a lovely dinner (and a bit of a nap when we got back), and m'lady looks to have cultivated another client. With anyone else I'd've thought that was tacky, but she's not MLM and I want to be a trophy house-husband, so I'm with it.
