    That's not my understanding, I have to give a years notice if I'm going to log and they take it out. I can return it after this is done. Don't know how much ground you have but the tax advantages are huge and it keeps your ground agricultural, something Shibumi was talking about in a recent post.

    Is this still a big savings since they did the property tax caps? Everything is .1,.2, or .3 percent now.
