I did not own a home when I rolled. 1950 Pan head hard tail with jockey shift. Sold near everything I owned.....cashed out and left. Not sure how much I left with.......but I remember how much I had when I got back to Indy..........$3.35. Gas was .45 a Gal. and it was snowing......a lot.

I wrote the check and it came due. No car, no place to stay (thank Jello for the red head) and no job. Got on at an all nite gas station. They actually pumped the gas then. Dead winter and bike was the only transpo.......What great days.
Makes for a great story, from my perspective anyway!
