my day involves going to work for a few then heading to the hospital to meet with the neurologist to get a report on dads progress. and a nap in between the 2

How ya doing, BA?

my day involves an extra hour and a half at work. then meeting my sister out at the casino for an hour or so of sister time. I miss her so much.
All looks well that she'll get the ok to drive to Dad's for Christmas on Sunday. She'll know Friday when she sees her therapist. I just can't wait to see how well she is walking with 2 new knees.

Doing pretty good. Except I woke up at 2am and couldn't go back to sleep. How are you this morning?

sounds like a lack of sleep was on the menu last night

I woke up about the same time, half the covers off because I was so warm

I wish I knew why my sleep is so bad. Probably the sleep apnea. Sometimes it makes for a very long day.
