I have a pinched nerve in my neck. I gotta sleep on a firm bed with only one pillow. Or I can't move the next day! Hope ya feel better Sam!!

got up off the sofa tonight and could hardly move. Hubby asked me why I don't take something for that. Told him I couldn't since he took all my good stuff when his shoulder was acting up. I hope it made him feel bad.

I didn't hurt much till I hit 50. Then all hell broke lose!!

My neck's been bugging me for several weeks and I've just been babying it. I have good stuff but am trying not to take it. I eliminated a pillow and am using a nearly flat down pillow...seems to be helping. I'm good until it pops...then it starts all over again. If it was popping when I did something to cause it, I could understand, but it is just random and usually when I am just walking or something.

my sis had both knees replaces this year, 3 mths apart. She has the ok to drive into Indy now. So she is driving in to Indy on Tuesday and going to meet me after work and we'll spend some girl time together. I sure have missed her.

I believe last I heard was later in the week. I sure hope not the weekend. I am going to Plymouth on Saturday for family Christmas with my girls on Saturday and my brothers and maybe my sister and my Dad on Sunday.

Mom had a hip replaced by 50 and my sister, who is 52 now, just had both knees replaced. All osteoarthritis. It's my hips, specifically the right.
