I have never been able to tell my guys to work over, fix **** and not be there with them. Its not that I don't trust them its I feel guilty about not working with them.

Yes. Slept wrong on my shoulder, woke up screaming like a little schoolgirl. Iced it down, went for a walk and now I am going to try to get some sleep.

Hopefully I will "see" you a couple hours. I like to turn the alarm off and blow off work but I have a show and tell meeting about the new boat with some big wigs at 8:30.
