You give plenty. Time for you to take a little. There are indoor ranges and plenty of folks who would love to go shooting with you.

Chez and I get PM's all the time from those who want to "Join" LT-6. There is no membership, no admission fee, no way in except to be assimilated. Only those of good spirit and proper attitude are assimilated. It is a slow process and a few have been let go along the way but those at the core are the finest people I know. Seriously. I have some rock solid friends but you folks are worth the effort to hang out with.

We were discussing the ranks and numbers yesterday after a great day of food/fun and people. If we opened this up to general public the fun would diminish.

Another gun forum was having a shoot every spring in southern IN. started small and got to the point it wasn't fun anymore because of all the folks showing. Lack of courtesy at the line was very evident, sometimes to the point of being unsafe. Although you meet the best folks at shoots.

Yes you do.
This same thing happened when we were riding and organizing for charity's. Started with a small controlled group and grew way past being organized.

Looks like rain outside now.

I was going to get the saws out and start building the new Mantle for the fire place but may not now. Sky looks ugly.

I want to get my decorations out and put them all outside. Although I don't know what I have left for out there. Zoe was good the first year we had her at destroying a lot of it. Maggie and Max never bothered it and I didn't think when the new one came into play. Well with her gone, I can put stuff out again


Despite the tough year and no money to do a lot of shopping, I am really looking forward to Christmas this year.

Amazing how the leeches come out... IIRC someone even walked off with something at one...
