Well, it looks like chicken, but Ive never seen chicken in netting before. DAMN, i missed out on a cock joke...

It's turkey. Two whole turkey breasts netted together. Once cooked, you can slice as one whole roast like you'd buy at the deli. I've literally smoked thousands of pounds of these, but I can see how it would look odd to someone.

Along that line, my 89 yr old MIL lives in a Senior Living apartment complex. Someone started saying that Moth Balls would keep bedbugs out and so now her apartment reeeeks of Moth Balls....
It's so bad that when my wife does MIL's laundry, I can still smell it on her washed clothes.
