I have found that A$$ hat renters are migratory creatures. They pay initial move in fees and then become squatters until they are made to move out. Seems to be the new way of living.

her mother has lived on the corner just west of this house all summer. Never heard a peep from her so this is promising. Didn't even know it was her mom until she told me

I almost forgot

hubby got a call yesterday about a job. Guy was going through resumes for an engineer and came across hubbies. No he isn't an engineer, the guy was so impressed with it though he promised he would get him back in the work force soon. they talked wages and it would start at minimum what he was earning at RR. Say a prayer this works out. This is a positive thing and I can't wait for him to be back to work

last night he said his feet itched horrible. He isnt' awake this morning yet. Although his alarm has gone off a couple times. the rash looks much better. day out of school today, he'll be happy.
